"The thing that interested me was the physical aspect of the table, since the table is connected to human beings in a very organic way - the table is a piece of floor that has been raised, elevated.”

The artist Mario Merz’s reflection inspired designer Roberto Lazzeroni in the creation of the Evenmore table (2021).

This concept led Lazzeroni to design an essential piece of furniture, with perfect proportions and flawless execution — capable of existing independently within a space, yet versatile enough to harmonize with the Ceccotti collections.

The frame of the Evenmore table, available in square or rectangular form, is made of solid American walnut or ash wood and comes in various sizes. It contains a customizable top offered in the following finishes: 8mm Visarm glass, marble, or poplar plywood veneered in walnut or ash. The four legs join the frame through a masterfully crafted Japanese-inspired joint.

Roberto Lazzeroni has designed numerous other tables for Ceccotti Collezioni, including Perro, Large Flower, Whity, ICS Table, Sevenmiles, and Full Table. Each of these pieces celebrates the company’s mission to create the craftsmanship of the future - expressed both in its ability to work solid wood and in the mastery of executing sinuous and complex forms.
