Teahouse Cabinet

Small cabinet with compact dimensions and custom internal fittings, designed to store items useful for the tea ceremony, such as ceramic sets, cups, and teapots, as well as to collect and display various tea leaves.
The Teahouse cabinet features a base in American walnut, available in several color variations, and is distinguished by an "X"-shaped support holding a container with hinged doors, entirely crafted using traditional joinery techniques.
The hinges, made of solid oxidized brass, were specifically designed and manufactured for this piece. When opened, the cabinet reveals eight small shelves attached to the doors, which hold removable solid wood boxes secured with magnets—ideal for storing cups and containers for tea leaves. Inside, at the top, there is a shelf divided into three sections for cups and teapots, while the lower section features a chest of drawers with two drawers, a pull-out tray for serving, and an additional work surface.
