Yes, every aspect of production has been redesigned with the goal of minimizing waste and environmental impact:

What is the average delivery time for products?

The delivery time for a product may vary depending on the type of product, stock availability, and the production and/or customization time required. If the product is not immediately available, delivery times can range from 2 to 5 months. At the time of your order, the delivery time and method will be communicated to you precisely.

Are all delivered products already pre-assembled?

Not all of our products come pre-assembled: some products require assembly and are therefore supplied with the relevant instructions. If you need further information or would like to receive the assembly instructions again, you can write to salesandmarketing@ceccotticollezioni.it.

What products can I use to clean your wooden furniture?

To clean our furniture, you can use a soft cloth slightly dampened with water, and then dry it with a cotton cloth.

I purchased a piece of furniture treated with shellac: how can I clean it and keep it looking shiny?

Shellac-finished furniture should be cleaned exclusively with a soft, dry cloth. It is recommended not to use water or cleaning products.

How can I clean furniture upholstered in leather?

Leather is a delicate material, so you must be careful not to use solvents, alcohol, or harsh detergents.
For “Color Sphere” leather, you can use a soft cloth, if necessary slightly dampened with water only.
Velvety leather can be brushed with a soft brush.
Natural/premium leather can be cleaned only with a dry cloth.

How can I clean your fabric-upholstered furniture?

In case of stains, act immediately by blotting with a clean cloth, working from the outside toward the center of the stain.
If necessary, dampen the cloth with a specific detergent. Do not apply the detergent directly onto the fabric.

How can I clean metal surfaces?

To clean the metal parts, you can use products specifically designed for delicate surfaces with a soft cloth. Remember to absolutely avoid solvents and abrasive cleaners so as not to damage or alter the characteristics of our finishes.
Products that require special care are delivered with specific maintenance instructions.

How can I clean the marble parts of your furniture?

The marbles selected by Ceccotti Collezioni do not undergo any specific treatments. This allows us to enhance their beauty without altering the natural characteristics of the raw material. If you accidentally stain a marble surface, remember to blot it immediately with a soft cloth, and if necessary slightly dampen it with water.
Avoid solvents and abrasive cleaners at all costs.

What precautions can I generally take to best preserve a Ceccotti Collezioni piece of furniture?
